Founder-led content is marketing and distribution content that features the founder's personal voice, face, and story rather than the brand. On social platforms, founder accounts consistently outperform brand accounts for reach and engagement.

Founder-led content includes: build-in-public posts, personal origin stories about why the product was built, founder demo videos, perspective posts on the industry or problem space, and behind-the-scenes content from the development process.

The authenticity advantage is significant. A post from a person (even with few followers) showing a real product solving a real problem outperforms a polished brand post from a large account.
