Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address and authentication identifiers through our auth provider, Clerk.

Content you submit. The product URLs you provide and the content fetched from those public pages, which we process to generate launch videos, product summaries, and captions.

Generated content. The videos, scripts, captions, and related assets the Service produces for you, which we store so you can access them.

Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; we retain a customer identifier, subscription status, and credit balance.

Usage data. Basic logs and analytics events (e.g., generations run, feature usage) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

To provide and operate the Service (generate and store your launch videos), authenticate you, process payments and credits, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our product.

To generate content, we send the product information you submit and derived prompts to third-party processors that power the Service:

• Vercel — hosting, compute, and the Vercel AI Gateway, which routes generation requests to model providers.
• ByteDance (Seedance) — text-to-video generation, accessed via the AI Gateway.
• MiniMax — text/reasoning models for product analysis and copy, accessed via the AI Gateway.
• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — payment and subscription processing.
• Neon — database hosting.
• Vercel Blob — storage of generated video files.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We do not use your submitted content to train our own models.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the subprocessors above as needed to run the Service, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

We retain account data while your account is active. Generated videos are stored in Vercel Blob so you can access them. You may request deletion of your account and associated content at any time by contacting us, after which we delete or anonymize your data except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or security purposes.

We use reputable infrastructure providers and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Depending on your location (including under GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
